Doing dumb bell dead lifts are wicked! Last night I completed 3 sets of 6/8/10/12 with 30 lb weight and I was sweating, then polished it off with sit-ups. I went for a moderate 1 hour walk on the seawall with my friend prior, so that was my cardio workout.
This AM I tackled the stairs - only had 25 min and was able to complete the 22FS 3 times, and remembered to stretch afterwards.
This PM I'll be doing upper and I'm looking forward to it, as the results I'm seeing is encouraging me to keep going.
I'll be posting pictures sometime this week-end.
Remember, if you're not seeing the results you like after following the plan for at least 3 weeks, then it is time to do some tweaking. Keep moving and don't quit!
