Nose to the Grind and tightening the Reigns

Plan is in place, goal is defined, visual in place, mindset adjusted, and ACTION!

I went out in the heat to tackle the hill run at my place...it was more difficult than I expected. I walked down and then ran up as fast as my legs would and mind would allow. I literally thought my lungs would explode as I climbed the last 1/2 of the hill. I've never felt such burning in my lungs and legs as I climbed that monster. My goal was to get in 20 min, but only completed 16.
Tonight I will give it another whirl as our sunshine has left:-(or do the stairs!!
Today eating is 100% compliance and building!
Today I'll be working on my legs, sit-ups and cardio at an intense level. 45-60min
My plan for the next 6 weeks starting this Sunday.
Changes to my workout plan will change to 2 days on 1 day off routine as I'll be going stronger, longer with REPS of 4-10 working backwards. Meaning that I'll start heavy with 4 reps and work up my reps with weight remaining the same.
Cardio one day will be running hills outside/stairs another/T. Mill the next on a rotating basis.
Alright peeps...do your thing and kudos to Lynda for embracing weight lifting into her workout routine!
