Week #6 - Day #2

It's my second day of eating only whole foods and it is going better than I thought.
At 5am I did 20 min of shoulders and triceps plus sit-ups.
At lunch I did a 23 min cardio session on the spinning bike.
After work at 3pm I had a final session of 25 min biceps, and back plus 25 min cardio on the spinning bike, and I'm not wiped as I thought also. So, I've learnt that when I feel the urge to push and even when I don't, to still push a little further.
Though I only had 45 min for my lunch break I was able to get in a great cardio session, shower and have lunch at my desk.
My goal is to get in as many cardio sessions at lunch as my pass expires June 20th.
I'm always stoked when I'm at the gym and see people with fine looking physique - it motivates me, and I lift with more intensity and work harder on the spinning bike.
OK folks stay the course, keep moving and don't quit.
Remember, only discipline people succeed.

Hi Diane, I am impressed. A workout and a shower in 45 minutes! I too am motivated by fit people. I know it's not easy to be lean & fit today and I admire their discipline.

Glad to see you're doing so great. Way to go maxing out that pass before it expires. Get you're money and good health's worth all in one go.
