Best week yet on Day34/24

Yesterday I completed my leg work and found it tough on the last set to push through - not sure why as the weights weren't any higher. Could have been the extreme heat in the gym but it was a struggle. Nevertheless, I finished my 3x12/10/8/6 not the strongest but finished anyways.
I did finally do 5 min of sit-ups, then it was time to complete 30 min of cardio which was wicked; guess that made up for my not so strong leg work.
Today is carb loading and my cheat meal; this PM it's upper body strength training and 30 min of cardio.
On Sat it is all cardio day...45 min in the AM with sit-ups and hoping to get another cardio session in the PM sometime.
I must say that this week has been one where I've seen the most progress overall - in how my clothes fit, to my measurements and noticeable difference in fat loss.
I'm very encouraged - finally my nutritional and exercise plans are in harmony with each other. I'm enjoying my low carb days more and more and it has now become a regular part of my lifestyle.
My main staples through out this phase in eating has been:
Oatmeal
Protein oatmeal pancakes
Eggs/Whites
Protein Powder all natural
Peppers/Spinach
Chicken/Turkey/Lentils
Almonds
My supplemental intake:
Glutamine
CLA
Chromium
Omega 3-6-9 oil
B Complex
Multi
Calcium
Vitamin D

You are sooooo on track Diane. Love seeing you doing so good. Am thinking how much fun you are having today with carb overload and getting something special. Today I had my first real green smoothie, and think I liked it. Have a good weekend!
