Sleep Deprived on Day 33/23

My body is out of whacked with this change in sleeping pattern and I felt it yesterday big time - I physically felt sick, and so mentally drained that I took yesterday off as a REST day.
Today I'll be working on my lower and 45 min cardio.
I haven't done any AB work for about 10 days and I just have to get back into it again - OK folks do your thing and thanks for all of your comments on my blog.

Your hard work is paying off, but I do understand about being sleep deprived. This is an area I currently struggle in. I hope you get a good nights rest.

Oh D, sleep is in the same tier of importance as muscle make sure you get your minimum of sleep! Some people need an entire 8 hours, while others are good on 5 or 6 hours. Take care and get that beauty rest!! :)
