Day 10 & Happy Canada Day

As promised my Canada Day celebration is low keyed! Within 60 min I completed an intense full body strength training and 20 min of cardio on the T.Mill!
Pre workout was 1.5 cups of java, and post meal was 1 cup fresh fruit and my new fav. w.w. tortilla (not pita as previous stated) and scrambled eggs.
The rest of the day will be spent writing articles for the newspaper I write for, organizing my paperwork, getting my meal plan together, reading, while watching the Wimbledon Tennis semi finals, and relaxing.
OK, time to visit the blogs of like minded folks who keep pushing it to achieve our personal best.
