For the past 40 days I've been 100% compliant and pushing it in my nutritional and exercise plan, after last night's episode, and my left knee giving out a number of times today, I've decided to use good judgement and take the next 3 days off.
No workouts but my eating will be still compliant to my program.
I know 3 days may seem long, but I think in the long term it will be the best move for my body at this time.
Starting on Sunday a new workout plan will be in place.
For now!
