Some TLC for my muscles on day 39/29

Yesterday I visited my massage therapist for a long overdue visit - had an hour massage, but it wasn't pretty as my muscles were so tight that working on them were sometimes excruciating. She got the job done and now their much happier.
I then decided that Tue would be my REST day as there was no way I was hitting the weights after that session.
Didn't have time to cook my eggs this AM, so I improvised by making a shake - Lynda might applaud me on this one:-) though not the prettiest
1/2 cup cooked spinach, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 heaping tbsp quick oats and 1 tbsp omega 3-6-9 oil, blend and drink...not the tastiest but boy do I have a lot of energy now!
Today is Upper, sit-ups and cardio...a longer workout but based on the results I'm seeing it makes it easier to keep pushing.
Remember, this race isn't about how fast you run, it is about staying the course and not quitting ever! Results will come so don't be discouraged and throw away all the time you've sacrificed at the gym and in eating clean.

Can't say that I'm crazy about your breakfast shake! LOL! I like the last paragraph about running the race and staying the course. Truer words have not been spoken.

You are so right Diane consistency is key. Sounds like you are tracking daily. Keep at it.
