A write off on Day 28/18

Yet again this Friday my workout was missed and today was a complete write-off. Due to some misunderstanding in a relationship that set me off Thursday night I regressed to moping, eating the wrong foods to nurse my hurt and having no desire to exercise - OK, I'm being honest here; open and bare with my emotions. Sure, I could hide and lie about having an amazing workout, but ultimately I'd be lying to myself and that isn't going to happen.
A few hours ago I snapped out of it and realized that this form of "nursing my wounds" isn't healthy, and just makes me mad at myself for going down this road.
So for 1.5 days my diet sucked and I did not exercise!
Tomorrow is a new day and I'll be back into my healthy routine.
My work shift for the next 2 weeks are from 6-2 pm which means that I need to be in bed by 9pm the latest and rise at 4am the latest. Not pretty, which also means that my AM workouts are out; as there is no way I'm going to wake up at 3:30 to exercise...just not doing it.
This means that I my cardio sessions will be bumped to 45 min per session.
Here's my break-down for the coming week:
Workout plan:
Sun - AM/Cardio(45 min) full body strength training - PM Cardio (25 min) and sit-ups
Mon - Cardio
Tue - Upper with cardio
Wed - Lower with cardio
Thurs - Upper with cardio
Fri - REST ( 3 times lesson learnt...this is now my official REST day)
Sat - Full body with cardio

My nutritional plan:
Sun - all fruit day
Mon to Wed - Low carb cycling
Thurs - High carb cycling
Fri - Low carb cycling
Sat - Off
My BF% when I started was 20%, today it sits at 18% - not what I was hoping for, but at least it has moved down.
I've got to get my workouts in higher gear as my eating...it is better but I know that I can up the ante, and this small progress is definite confirmation of that.
OK,, keep pushing and don't quit!

Diane, I know you can up the ante and I know that will get the results you are after.

Diane,
The important thing is that you realized tht you were moping and snapped out of it and got back on track.

Good that you will focus your emotions on your workout not the refrigerator!

Stay focused and have a great week. I'll check back to see how you are doing.

Diane, sorry to hear about the relationship misunderstanding. I can relate to feeling down and how hard it is to fight through it and do what you need to do, but when you get back to the gym you are going to feel much better. Great job adjusting your plan.
