4 years before the Dance on Day 59 - Determination

I've been catching a few Olympic events and am in awe at the performances of the athletics - blown away when I hear about the sacrifice that it took for the individuals to make it at the games. Think about it - 4 years of training to participate for a medal in 1 specific event. Waiting 4 years to dance and what a dance it has turned out to be for some. I figure that despite the disappointment of not making the podium the attitude of the athletics were still positive, with sights set on the next Olympics...hats off to them!
Last week my workout was deliberately scaled back to 3 days instead of 5-6. I'll be adding 1 serving of carbs per day into my meals this week, other than that everything will remain the same.
This week my workout will be as follows
Sun -OFF
Mon - Full body plus cardio (60 min)
Tue - Off
Wed - Full body plus cardio (60 min)
Thurs - Cardio
Fri - Upper and sit-ups
Sat -Off
Action = results
No action = no results...and you get to choose the course of action or inaction!
