Day 52 with a doozer of a headache

Into day 2 of my all fruit and veggie diet, with a nasty headache. Had coffee this AM, and after 1/2 a cup threw it out...will be off that too and replacing it with green tea.
I need protein, had a shake this AM and so as of tonight I'll be adding protein back into my plan, and will only consume berries and 1 banana per day for some carb substance.
My workouts will be the same but less intense as my energy level will more than likely wain as I get further into this, but will keep the intensity as high as I possibly can.

CKD is an awesome way to go. I've done it for a few months at a time. I just find that after a bit my muscles need a little bit of carbs to get growing.

Diane, first happy belated birthday to you!

About the all raw, I too had headaches but they will pass. I didn't consume any protein (other than what's naturally in vegetables) over the course of 5 days. Sometimes I wish I had kept it going since adding other foods now to my diet is making me not feel so great.

Hey Diane, hope you are feeling better. I found that if I eat only fruit, I have headaches too. If I add in green veggies (as in smoothies), it revves up my energy and I feel so much better. Can´t see why that would make a difference, but it did to me. Take care.
