Beginning week 4 and revving my engine for Group Shred 2.0

Yesterday's workout was wicked and in the evening my right foot for reasons unknown got quite painful. I was frustrated as I am mentally prepared for the next 14 days to do Adam's 14 days Group Shred 2.0. After icing and applying some peppermint oil I awoke this morning with only a slight discomfort.
I stuck to my plan and hit the T.Mill for a 25 min progressive incline speed walking, then sit-ups.
This PM I will do another cardio session.
So officially the start date of the shred is tomorrow - I'm fired up and ready to rumble and glad to see a number of fellow fitness shredders on board.
OK, time to visit the grocery store to stock up on some yummy veggies for juicing.

injuries can be frustrating but don't push yourself too hard you don't want to make it worse than it is. But looks like ur doing an awesome job. Good luck in the group shred!
