Day 1 of 14 of Daily Double 2.0 RPT challenge

Mondays is usually a struggle to get up due to disruption in my sleeping patterns over the week-end. However, I wasn't surprised when my alarm went at 5AM and I only hit the snooze button once:-) Today is my start day of "Adam's Daily double 14 days out challenge", so I got up with ease. Why no struggle today? My mind was prepared prior therefore my body simply obeyed without resistance.My scale and measurements today for last week was unmoved:-(, but I know why - I consumed way too much carbs, had a minimal amount of veggies/juice, consumed larger portions, and workout only 3 days.
To move that tape in my favor I MUST be consistent all around until I hit my target goal.
Last week is in the past...can't go back on undo it. I do however have today and I'm focused on doing it right; I've raised the bar higher than I've ever done, and have committed to keeping the belt tightened for the next 14 days. Pics will be posted in the evenings after my PM workout as I am pressed for time in the AM.Wanted to share this quote I came across today "No one can make you feel inferior without your permission" Roosevelt
