Ending week 2 and Happy Thanksgiving

Today marks the completion of week 2. Took pics and measurements...lost 1/2 lb off my Body weight and 1/2 inch off my waist. I'm happy with my progress - I made a few changes with my eating...implemented fresh organic veggie juice twice daily and added one scoop of protein powder to the mix in the AM and at night. Noticed an increased of energy which is all good. I've no doubt that I will reach my goal before Dec 20th deadline, but promise to keep at it until that date.
Me and my co-worker Matt started a challenge to Nov 22nd (our Christmas party night)
Matt: to add as much muscle/ measuring his chest and bicep
Me: to lose fat and tone/measuring waist and upper thigh
Whoever loses or gains the most combine inches win $100.

Happy thanksgiving to all Canadians - there is so much to be thankful for despite the current state of the economy; be encouraged, stay the course, things will turn around for good.
OK, time to visit some blogs.
