Still look and maintain a healthy body...it doesn't work for me anyways, and even if I could get away with eating wrong and still look good, I know I would feel crappy from filling my body with unhealthy foods. Had a great upper bod workout along with cardio and sit-ups. There's a blog out there about joining a sit-up challenge...how many sit-ups you can do in one min within 6 weeks. Will jump on board with that from Sun. Until tomorrow - picture posting day, stay healthy, and remember we can't expect to eat wrong and still look right:-)
