Today despite feeling physically crappy I got my mind focused and prepared for my 40 min cardio session.
I pushed myself when I felt the rush of energy, and slowed down when I started feeling fatigued. My goal was to finish 40 min of cardio even if it was to a slow walk or jog, and I did.
I'll be going to be early tonight - only had about 4 hours sleep last night!
Remember, it is never too late to pursue and live your dreams!

Great job making it all the way through the 40 minutes! Hope you get feeling better.
You gotta push through those times when you don't really feel up to training. It's times like these when you know you are really focused on your goals!
