Yesterday was my rest day, so usually on those days there are no posts.This am I dragged my tired butt out of bed at 5am and hit the stairs for a 30 min workout. My sleeping patterns this week has been wonky. I'm usually awoken between 2-4 am and then I lay there for 1 hour or so before falling back into sleep. Not sure why, but that's the way it has been, but I'm making the sacrifices necessary to get to where I want to by my deadline.
Upon arriving home I hit the gym for a back, chest and Abs work then finished it off with 15 min of cardio. My chest workout was so brutal I felt nauseous, but stayed the course and finished strong. OK, time for supper and then some studying. Remember, it can be done.
