Getting ready for the last leg

This week-end was a total write off from exercising; wasn't feeling well. My eating however continues to be 100% clean. Tomorrow starts another week as I edge closer to this last 3 weeks of this final leg on this part of my journey towards leanness.
For the next 3 weeks my workout plan will be accelerated to a higher level; seeing that this past week was basically a write off and my workouts were not as intense as I'd like.
The plan is to do my cardio in the AM - 30 min of stair climbing, then in the PM I'll work on my strength training and a bit of cardio.
Daily pictures will be posted from tomorrow - checked up on the other shredders posts and apparently everyone seems to be doing very well with whatever program they're on. That's the spirit.
OK, here's to a week of reaping rewards from the hard work we'll put into clean eating and hitting the gym hard.

Hi Diane, ok to not workout when you're not well. Great job sticking to your nutrition. Many people would use that as an excuse to go off plan.

btw: I think Adam will be releasing the RTP program soon.

Keep shredding! I think you have a great attitude and spirit. Nothing ever derails you from your ultimate goal.
