Battling a cold and resting

I came down with a cold early this morning that totally caught me by surprise. So I'm taking things easy and using today as a rest day.
After my 120 days are completed I'll be starting another mini leg of what I'll call "30 days of defining and tightening". Taking that time to try something new to see if it will work to add the definition and tightness to my muscles. This will include my nutrition and exercise. Going heavier with shorter reps and shorter but more intense cardio sessions - 2 per day.
I'll close with a quote from Zig Ziglar "What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals"
Remember, it can be done - you just have to want it bad enough.
