Making it happen on day 108 of 120

Only you can make changes to your life; only you can take action to make things happen, to make a better difference. The people in your life cannot do it for you; yes they can encourage and support you, but you have to go beyond the talk and walk out that talk, walk out those promises you've made to yourself today. Not tomorrow - it isn't promised to any of us, all we have is now so let's take the necessary action to improve our lives. That principle applies to whatever area you and I have been procrastinating in; not just fitness.
OK, today I completed an intense muscle firing upper, then finished it off with 25 min of stair climbing - 3.5x22FS, not bad.
OK, time for dinner - night!
