Going strong three days in

As I move into day four of this leg of my journey all is well - I'm doing excellent with my eating and noticing significant changes as I implement my carb cycling. I've been craving Tuna so that's been added to my diet. My body isn't given a chance to adapt and with changes to my strength training - going intense for 20 min using a compound exercise concentrating on hitting my largest muscle - Shoulders, Lats and Quads. The results are encouraging.
With each workout and clean eating I do; my mind is focus on one thing at this stage "photo shoot".

Stay the course and make daily strides towards your finish line.
It can be done.
