Gearing up and Happy Thanksgiving

My first week back was spent resettling into my life and spending some quality alone Diane time. My eating habits though still clean has been accompanied with either chocolate or cookies daily. I am not making any excuses...just keeping it real!
My workouts have been concentrated solely on strength training every other day for 33 mins per session.
I wanted to slowly get back into things as I wasn't working out for a solid three weeks and my appetite back in Guyana was sporadic, but when I did eat it was mostly fresh fruit and fish.
Seeing it's the long-weekend celebrating CANADA Thanksgiving; I'll be back into my regular routine from Tuesday and new fitness goals will be unveiled sometime later next week.
Well, I have a truck load of things and people to be thankful for and thankful to - I am a truly blessed, contented and fulfilled woman. I am thankful for being blessed with an amazing dad who showed me how to live by example.
I extend to you regardless if you're celebrating this assigned holiday or not a very Happy Thanksgiving. Spend sometime reflecting on what you have to give thanks about and make sure you tell someone how thankful you are for them being in your life.
To an amazing healthy and fun week-end.

Hey precious lady, I am sorry to hear about your dad. I understand the pain of losing a parent. Cling on to those precious memories. I pray that all will go well with you as you embark upon whatever journey life takes you on. Keep counting your blessings.
