I can't believe my last post was over 1 week ago! Not like me to miss posting at least twice per week, but last week threw me a few curve balls so posting wasn't on my mind. For a few days I had a terrible head and ear ache to deal with and doing anything was just about impossible.
Needless to say I only got in 3 days of workouts, but my nutrition plan remained consistent.
This week my goal is to hit the weights 4 days and cardio of 15 min within my weight days with 1 day set aside for only cardio. As of tomorrow I will be 4 months out to my fitness competition so I am mentally aware of that HUGE aspiring goal, so my eating this week - trying something new is to consume mostly fibrous carbs with a minimum intake of complex carbs, and fruit only 3 days a week...choice of fruit is apple. I'll take Saturday to carb up with only complex carbs.
I've completed my First Aid/CPR/AED and by this week-end I should have completed my CFT! Yippee!! I plan on taking the rest of the year off to relax my the side of my brain that's equip to study and enjoy some down time. In Jan I'll be back into studying for my SPN/Specialist in Performance Nutrition.
OK to a super fantastic week and remember stay the course and don't even entertain the thought of quitting, because you can do it!!
