Day 4-week 4

I just could not do the stairs this morning - great intentions, but my calves were not cooperating. Due to the intensity of my workouts I've decided to do the stairs every other day instead of daily, as I would like to avoid injuries and be smart about my training.
This PM I worked my upper and did the spinning bike. I didn't feel I had the most intense strength training session, and wanted to spend more time doing cardio, but it was cut short because I had an appointment to meet a client - who cancelled 45 min before meeting me:-( Had I known I would have definitely spent more time at the gym.
Oh well, there's always tomorrow!
