Powerful Reasons Why I do what I do - striving to be fitter and healthier!
I'm motivated to keep doing this because of the following in particular order:
Sleep - I sleep better.
Self Confidence - soars, I walk taller, more focused and feel better about myself.
Investment - every time I spend working out and eating right is an investment into improving and extending healthy years to my life.
Keeps me looking younger - it takes years off my life...no one believes that I am 43 moving into 44.
Added sex appeal - sex life and desire increases.
Personal Accomplishment Empowered - to handle anything without second guessing myself and proving that I'm the only obstacle to limiting myself.
Results - Seeing the BF drop, the measuring tape # decrease and my pictures reveal less fat is always a pump!
Role Model - That you can still look great at any age and as good as 10 years younger

Diane, love what you are doing with those stairs. I doubt that there is anybody anywhere that can do that. Am so proud of your dedication and just wish I could do that too. Climbing up whether a mountain or a stair is really my nemesis now. Just almost can´t do it for some reason, so all the more to be in awe of you.
