Day 11 & 2 of Part III

After finding myself in a rut with my meal planning I was on the hunt for some ideas, suggestions etc. While reading Deb's blog she made reference to one Shari blog, so I strolled over to pay a visit and what did I find? a pdf file on a list of foods you should be consuming. Great start, then I read further on Tosca Reno's blog and found her journey to fitness inspiring...therein I found another role model for me to be reminded of as I work towards achieving my fitness goal.
This week I'm changing things up a bit by doing a full body training session in on workout, instead of concentrating on just upper or lower.
Example: Tue - full body with cardio
Wed: cardio/ sit-ups
Thurs:full body with cardio and so on
I'll spend about 15 more doing this, but it is OK!
My stomach is a bit upset...not sure why, but my goal is to do sit-ups and cardio this PM! Maybe only cardio!
