Oct 1st & Nov 1st
One month after I kick started my "getting lean challenge" I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist and my pictures tell an approving tale. I'm doing it right and though every week tells a different tale, it is all about getting results that you are pleased with.
Last night I went out to dinner and had no sugar whatsoever and had a healthy falafel meal; then we went to a sports bar...my friends had a pint each and me? tall cold glass of water and didn't feel left out or an ounce of temptation...sweet!
My workout for Nov month:
Upper - light to medium weights between 15-25 reps per set.
Lower - medium to heavy between 15-8 reps per set
Cardio 25-30 min per session and some days there will be double sessions.
Sit-ups 60x4 per side.
Spinach/organic veggie jiucing/squash/egges/e.white/chicken/turkey/protein powder/legumes/oatmeal/cream of wheat/tortillas/yeast free bread/plain yogurt/blue berries/hemp seeds and nuts.
That's all I've been sonsuming since the middle of Oct and nothing else!
