Another successful workout and eating! It was leg day plus 25 min cardio. Tomorrow I'm out in the PM so I have to rise earlier to get my upper and cardio in. I'll be doing the stairs for my cardio session. All in all I'm making positive strides towards my finish line.
If you think it you can eventually obtain it!
Remember, training the mind is as important as training the body. Stay the course and don't quit!
