As I moved into a new week of cutting I am predicting an exceptional week of fat loss.
I am pleased with my results to date - the fat that seems to hang on around my midsection and thighs are losing their fight:)
today I did my first "hill training" doing lunges up the hill, walking or jogging down and repeated twice with 146 lunges per climb. It was brutal but I kept thinking about the results and that was sufficient to keep me moving ahead.
I tired a new protein shake this Am - and surprisingly enough it was delicious, here it is.
1/2 cup egg whites,
1/4 cup grounded oats
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Blend and drink...that simple and keeps the body revved.
Why waste precious time and energy entertaining and investing in thoughts of fear, failure and defeat; when you can instead entertain and invest in thoughts that will make a healthy difference in your life? You decide!
